    Are you sure its not SG3525AN ??

      Hi, you might be right it is very difficult to read because it is on a daughter board standing upright,I was trying to read it with a mirror.

        Good heavens! I haven't laid eyes on one of those (well, actually its compliment, the SG3527) in (mumble, mumble) years! The two ICs are improved versions of the venerable SG3524. One of the improvements was totem pole output drive pins. Another, IIRC, was improved dead-time control (to prevent destructive cross-conduction). It's a nice mature voltage mode PWM IC.
