Ch341 won't read only when the chip soldered

CH341 says "IC not responding" only when an SPI test clip is used and the chip has been soldered on the mainboard.

I tried "free" (unsoldered) chips (sop8 & wson8) WITH the same programmer, SAME TEST CLIP and same pin connecter AS ABOVE and they can all be read.

Hi do not use test clip that doesn't work good and doesn't read the chip you need to desolder chip and breakouut board or adapter to read chips and use neoprogrammer.

When the spi chip is on the board and you use a test clip you are also trying to power the whole board from the programmer, like the microprocessor ic etc. Also if the micro does power up, it is also trying to access the spi chip at the same time as the programmer, sometimes disabling the crystal can help.
