Can't get anything out of it. Power supply outputs all ) as well. The obvious answer is Power Supply Board unless it needs to be switched on by the Main Board. Suggestions?

Power supply typically supplies standby voltage to the main board. When the TV is turned on, processor will send a power supply on to fully turn on ps and backlight on signal. If you have no standby voltage, power supply is suspect. Should be a main AC fuse you can check but fuses will blow due to shorted components. -
