I am working on Apple MacBook Air A1932 EMC 3184., NO DISPLAY. I observe in the background the logic board seems to be running, the voltages are ok & the board is taking the required AMPs through the AMP meter connected to it's Original power adapter. I am assuming that this BIOS has to be re-build. I am attaching the ORIGINAL BIOS Bin files taken off the logic board, can anyone rectify & re-build this BIN file. The files on this thread "https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=104860" does not seem to be correct as the BIN files size for this model is 1024KB where as my Original bin files size is 4096 KB. The chip is U4770 1.8V SPI SOCROM. Thanks in advance.

by samstownHello,
This special tool from Apple is used to recover data from Macbook A1706. I've been using it for a while but it stops working. When connecting Thunderbolt 3 between the tool and working Macbook, Macbook should prompt "new device detected, allow or not"... but it doesn't.
Has anyone ever experience this ? It's not a cabling or power supply issue, some IC have stopped working but not sure which one. Probably the one that manager thunderbolt 3
Thanks

by TOMÁŠHi, I've never worked with a MacBook before, so I need some advice.
I have a MacBook Air A1932 (820-01521). When I plugged in the charger with an amp meter, it showed 19.7V and 1.9A, which indicates that it's charging, but when I press the power button, it doesn't turn on. So, I disassembled it, disconnected the battery, and plugged in the charger again. It showed 19.6V and 0.04A, and pressing the power button had no effect—no current draw at all. Then, I removed the motherboard, connected the charger again, and got the same results. I took a multimeter and checked all the coils, and everything... -
by astroboypaulMacbook A1932 had completely dead keyboard. I found liquid damage on circuitry on keyboard itself, and repaired it by replacing what i think was a 10k 0201 resistor (here's my post requesting schematic for keyboard circuitry where I included a photo of the resistor: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ic-820-01294-a)
Now most of the keyboard works and I can login, but the following keys don't work: Delete, "/', left... - Loading...
