at smdflea is not working my board revision is rev 3.1 I need a good working EC AND MAIN. attached is the original EC backup

The EC backup you posted is not a good backup or its corrupt,open it with a hex editor and compare it with the one at post #6. Have you even tried to flash the EC from post #6 .

now i tried the EC post #6 still the same issue cannot turn on. All voltages is present, there is 3.3v on switch 3.3 on pin 3 and 8 of the bios chip and 3v and 5v present on the grey coils. i will try if someone has a EC of REV 3.1

The EC is likely to be the same for both revisions,but maybe not.If noone else posts the EC you`ll just have to buy one from one of the paid sites, you can`t get everything for free .
