Laser Diode Driver power supply low amps

    hi
i have a laser machine that has a bad power supply

its a constant current ps made by Lumina model LDD-100-8-10

    its only a 100watt 10V 8A ps

the ps had a blown fuse and 2 visibly blown transistors

i replaced the fuse and the 2 blown transistors and now the power supply powers on ok but the amp output is way low should be 4a and its only at 1.2A and adjusting the internal ps current pot has no affect on the amps. and adjusting input signal at the 15pin connector for current control has no affect on the amps.

the voltages seem fine ..i tested all the voltages at the 15pin connector per manual and all are per specs..the voltage coming out at the rear aux output is ok too..but the Amp output is too low.

here are some pics of the power supply

can someone maybe help me with a possible solution?

the ps unfort is not avail anymore and comparable 1 costs about $1200 new

im trying to see if i can repair it

Can you please provide good clear straight shots of the whole top and bottom side of the board.
What is the P/N of those devices you replaced?
Also shows us how all the parts are connected to this power supply board.
    History of this unit?

The board number seems to be the LDD150-IV, there is a datasheet on it's dimensions and block diagram but no schematic.
If the fets were the zero voltage switching inverter, I suspect the gate drive control circuit is also damaged.
