MP3414 IAKTH SOT23-8 data sheet help.

Hi guys
I have a sony tv that doesnt turn on but it gives me the white light followed by 4 blinks.
Power supply seems ok but was drawn to this regulator.I have seen these chips usually have pin 1 and 2 as input and output respectively. Just wanted to confirm this is the case with this chip. thnx
I have checked the backlights already and they all work.

Thnx..This is the sheet I saw yes.
Just needed to be the sure the dfferent top markings didnt meant the pin out was different.
Im getting 3.4v VIN and nothing on VOUT. 3.4v at SW
what shuld I be getting at VOUT? (pin 2)
