Sapphire RX 5600 XT Pulse BE 6gb No image

Hi guys! I have a Sapphire RX 5600 xt pulse be which has all voltages present, no short, but no picture. Fans are not spinning, led is not working, but the gpu is getting hot. The computer posts because the rgb on my keyboard turns on. The debug led on my motherboard lights up at the gpu. It is not present in device manager as a secondary gpu. I wrote a new bios to the card (1 was available on techpowerup), nothing changed. I checked the pex reset, which seems to be good. All the pcie lanes are good, as well as the caps over the pcie lanes. Any idea how to continue finding the problem?

    Thanks for your help!

If i connect another cooler, the Sapphire logo lights up, but the fans are still not spinning.

First you need a main test card to read the sio post code. If the main to output the image through the card but the test card stops at code B2 and the vga light on the test card is on, it is likely that the main has not recognized the card due to the wrong bios or open gpu. The best way is to install a graphics card and output it onboard. Go to the device manager to see if the main card recognizes the card and has a "!" are not.

Fan Speed was controlled by Bios! Some times bios damage make this error

Unfortunetaly there is one bios available on techpowerup for this card, but this bios doesnt work. (fans not spinning, led not working)
I tried a few bios from the original Rx 5600 xt Pulse (not the be version), none of them are working.

Voltages are fine, everything is present.

At this point, I think the problem is not bios related. I asked Sapphire to send me a bios for this exact model. When I got the bios, I tried it, still nothing. Maybe the gpu itself is bad or i dont know. Its pretty weird to have all voltages pesent, but fans are still not working...

I'm still hoping it's not the gpu at fault. The extremely rare error is the loss of hertz (Hz)! You can find the post I posted about the power levels on the new rx5600 xt.Card the probability of gpu dying is very low. You want to make sure the clock error forces you to have an Oscilloscope

You mean the crystal oscillator? I dont have oscilloscope, but maybe I have a replacement crystal somewhere.

I changed the crystal oscillator (i didnt have the exact same, i put on it from an rx 5700), still nothing.

your gpu ability is dead beautiful. It does not pulse. It is simpler to measure the vcore voltage, it normally at 0.9v will jump to 1.1v about 1-3 seconds and then back to 0.9v

                                  Voltage stays at 0.89v.
