flashes both eeproms u114 and u115, tv now boots and works great on all inputs, but can not tune in any tv channels ? ideas ?

is dtv selected ?
go into the "hotel mode" service with Menu + 7935 and see if the "digital tuner" is activated or not.

just tryed it, it is turned on and hotel of, will not tune, just moves though the channels when trying to tune, as if no signal.

Where did you get the eeprom bins from ? Are you certain they are correct ones ?

it was listed as the correct files even with the correct screen, but that don't mean its 100% working or right, but the tv is now working apart form the tv channels,
here are the files in case anyone else wants to try it.

U115 deals with channel management. Copy that into memory. I compared what you have and they are different.

Maybe try that if you did not already: Switch on your digital box and/or TV.
Press Menu on the remote control.
Select the Setup or Installation option.
Select the 'First time installation' option (sometimes called 'Factory reset', 'Full retune' or 'Default settings').
Press OK if your equipment asks if you want to delete all your channels.

A repair kit. It's for the stick. Unzipped, put on stick fat32, press and hold the OK key on the remote control. Insert TV into the socket. Release the OK key when the stb LED flashes fast.
