You'll need to check for 12v on each side of the built in tcon board.

Sorry ignore that you've already checked.
Take better photos of that board.
Look for avdd test point should be around 15v

So are you getting 12V at the HVIN_12V test point?
Only 1.8V at AVDD is bad for sure.

Yet again a possible set with a shorted ceramic cap on the integrated Tcon/panel board.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Do as Mr Barton says; check and double check every ceramic cap.

paperwork is not important. they ask for model, serial, and personal info with around about date of purchase. they know if it is or out of warranty. this is all. they will send an authorized service provider to repair no charge under manufacturers warranty. call them.

that being said, if a fuse keeps blowing and you cant find a short on the caps, if it is an tcon built in to the main board, i say it most likely a voltage regulator...whether it be a mosfet (check for short at your coils near your fets) or built into a ic ( will need to follow schematic to find sources of mains and follow to tcon fuse, then find pin outs for ic's)....replace main board or troubleshoot, or callnin for warranty repair. Cheers.

So are you getting 12V to the T-CON? iN YOU POST #1 it shows "done some checks on on panel .12v and 3.3 there" Is that 0.12V or 12V?
Also are you sure you are making good contact with t he cap's end when checking resistance of the cap? I just want to make it is not like this thread with false readings until OP got new meter with better probes and then found the bad cap: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...131#post970131
