Well I gave it a solid scrubbing, let it dry overnight, and I would say the odor is 50% better. It definitely seems to be coming from the PCI slots.

I gave them one more good scrubbing and we'll see how it turns out tommorow. If I cant get it clean, then it's just off to eBay for a replacement

To close out the tale, I have been running the PC for several days now and no smell, so the IPA cleaning seems to have gotten it
