I have a similar issue with Macbook A1466. Someone had worked on the U6100. We went ahead and reflowed it properly. Now the macbook turns on. Will get Chime and Apple Logo, but the loading bar gets stuck at 80% first and then takes time and goes upto 100% and stays stuck.
This happens only on an adapter - it wont turn on with a battery only.
