    Serial Number: CNU4289FVR.

                                        HP EliteBook 840 G1 6050A2560201-MB-A03

                                        Hi,
could someone fix my BIOS? Already tried to clean ME on my own, no success.

Laptop does not turn on at all, only front LED blinks when plugged in and charging. When I solder both chips from a scrap 840G1 board, it turns on at least but blank sceen and fan on fullspeed, so I assume my original BIOS is corrupt.

Attached is the 16MB, should I dump the 2MB chip also?

                                        Thanks!
