Samsung LE37A656A1F TV, No Picture, LED Flashing Continuously

Hi,
Samsung LE37A656A1F
TV turns on, no picture, LED light flashes very rapidly and continuously .
Sound and Backlight are OK.
It didn't happen at once.
In the beginning picture was coming about 15 mins after the turning on.

What could be the problem please?
