**UPDATE** Found exploded caps on the board.
This machine will start to boot, show the Windows 10 splash then get the spinning dots but only for 2 dots worth of time, then it reboots and does the same thing. If I let it loop like that after a few times I get the BIOS ACPI ERROR. I've swapped out the RAM, swapped out the M.2, reset the BIOS.
If I boot to a Win10 USB, I get the same result, as do I with any bootable media, including Hiren's.
Could this be a firmware problem and I should pull the board and reflash the BIOS?
