Lenovo Thinkpad T60 locked bios

Hi. I buy 4 this laptops on auktion (as is) and all 4 got locked bios, not possible to do nothing with this, because all stop after show thinkpad logo and no thing happend if I push any button on keyboard, no boot from any device, usb, hdd, cd/dvd

Is any solution to fix this ?

Hard drive has a password. Remove it and see if that makes it continue.

Hi. On start I had the same idea, but even if I start laptop without HDD still requires a password.

Turn on or restart your IBM Thinkpad T60.

Watch for the message on screen that reads "To Interrupt Normal Startup." When you see this message, press and then release the blue button labeled "ThinkVantage" on your T60.

Highlight "Start Setup Utility" and press "Enter" to select it. This will unlock the BIOS on your IBM Thinkpad T60 and you will now be able to access it.

removing of atmel ic also works it acts as A Security chip

Please i am not seeing the Atmel 24RF08 chip on the board.is that chip replace by another one?if yes then what is its name.

not i think is atmel chip look near ram slot inside side black cover.

NO.
if you try to read a 24RF series the security mode will erase the content.

you have to put it on first make sure u see the ibm logo before shorting the pins and then you press f1 immidiately

IBM Thinkpad T60 power on password

My Collegues IBM Thinkpad T60 laptop has a power on password and it can't get past that stage of which he forgot the password.

Any help from you guys how i can go about it
