M60-C3 Replaced PSU & Main Board: Still No Good

My tv only goes to the splash/logo screen then turns off and repeats this on its own every couple minutes. I replaced the main board and got the same thing. So I replaced the power board and still got the same thing.

Could it be the T-Con? The logo screen indicates it's processing the image and outputting to the screen and triggering the LEDs just fine. But could there be something with the communication between the T-Con & the main board that prevents the main board from continuing it's bootup into it's operating system?

Someone please help me figure out what is wrong!!
I don't want to have to buy more parts that aren't the problem.

    1) Please attach good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.

    2) So do the backlights also turn on and off on its own too?

Common fault here is a shorted capacitor on the IR sensor. Remove your IR sensor from circuit but keep the buttons plugged in.
      Does that resolve it?
