I have a sony m/b mbx-252 (Z50-BR 48.4MS02.011) with prooblem, its not power up with the charger but only with the battery, i found that the diode D14 (RJ1196 EXF) has problem. Can you help identify D14 component with what diode can i replace ?

I cannot see D14 based on your picture to see what function the D14 is being used as.
Does the D14 show very low resistance in both directions?Never stop learning

This is a reverse polarity protection diode. It is there to protect the board in case you connect a charger with reverse polarity. The board can work without it but it is better to have one. It is not a critical part. Any fast switching diode that can handle double the amps that the charger can provide will do just fine.
