D3 diode was short-circuited and on U3 the supply resistance is 109 ohms
          LED was always green

            I have a question, can I replace D3 FR207 with 1N5407?

No, unless if you want to replace the 1N5407 again.

replaced the diode fr207 and u3 LM358, the battery charges after 5 minutes of shorting the diode and LM358.
                  exactly as it was

                    Re: I need a charger schematic YLT6722000

need to figure out why it's over current, surprised lm358s fry as their outputs were specced to be shorted to a rail indefinitely, but not beyond a rail.

                    What capacitor was there?

This can't be the 2A output, must be a feedback output of some sort...

LM358 ok replaced the diode all works, but how long

Anything other than the diode cooking?

Putting a 1N4007 or 1N5407 or a fake FR207 will cause it to self cook.

Does it heat up with nothing connected?
Sure the battery that's being charged is okay?
Might be normal too, or simply underdesigned...

without load all cold voltage at the output 67.4v, when you connect the battery is strongly heated FR207, the output is 54v

Before it happened, the battery was connected to the bike and had not been moved for 2 months.

how many volts is the battery by itself? Does the battery have shorted cells? Li-ion or SLA battery?

FR207 heating up is still kind of strange, the MUR1060FCT I can understand heating up...

BTW If you must "upgrade" the FR207, you can try the FR307 but I don't think that's the right course of action...
