Default OptiPlex 790 Two mosfet overheating

On dell mobo two mosfet overheating near pci express slot Mobo modelno. Ohy9jp. Can you please tell me what should i check ? thanks

look for short-circuit capacitors on the mosfet output

Ok Thnx, But which caps MLC ones or electrolytic ones? And one more issue is that my CPU built-in graphics not working? What should I check for built-in graphics?

Motherboard CPU built-in graphics not working? What should I check for built-in graphics? when I try to install the graphic driver it went off. please help?

try put old driver back.. if it will work with external monitor that is . and its a laptop .

Optiplex 790 Gfx supply missing but all other voltage ok just gfx missing. What should I look for in this issue? Thanks
