    Hp 14-bs000 - da00p1mb6d0 rev d

    Good afternoon,

I have this pc that only turns on the first time and works normally. If the pc is turned off, it will not turn on again until the charger and battery are removed.

Can someone give me some lights to find the problem?

    Hi.

    1) try with only the adapter attached / removed. Does this work?

    2) check the adapter voltage at the dcin. Voltage?

    3) remove the adapter and check each mosfet resistance for possible shorts starting at the dcin section.

Had something similar on a Lenovo, and it turned out to be a bad power button (well actually it was a damaged PCB trace). Only reason it worked initially is that when battery/power removed, it was doing a CMOS reset and automatically booting.
