I found short circuit on the lighting flex socket of the motherboard on pin 14 (PMU_TO_PHALANX2) and pin 17 (PMU_TO_PHALANX1).
    And pin 20 (MIKEYBUS_REFERENCE) 100 Ω.
    pin 24 (90_HYDRA_DP2_CONN_P ) pin 26 (90_HYDRA_DP2_CONN_N) pin 28 (90_HYDRA_DP1_CONN_P) and 30 (90_HYDRA_DP1_CONN_N) its OK

        Hello,

Pin 14 and 17 on J6400 are ground pin it's not a short.
Connect a charger and check PP_VBUS1_E75 (TP0773) you should have 5V.
If it's ok you have to separate the motherboard and check value in diode mode around U3300.

              I have 5V on B242.
Need 100% separate to continue ? or maybe U6300 (hydra) change?

no, this is a blind way.
Desolder a sandwich and check again everything from PP_BAT way to VDD_Main. You have to have a some schematic diagram, boardview should be enough.
