That dump is good. I had same issue: 20-30 second delay before Dell logo. This dump resolved that. I wager that you melted your SSD slot--it is right next to the BIOS chip and needs to be insulated from heat before working with a heat gun to remove the BIOS chip.

I should clarify--the modified dump from Ghamidi is good and does NOT result in SSD not being detected.
