    Macbook Air 2010 11" CPU 0 panic

I'm working on a 2010 Macbook Air 11" and it's starting to cost more than it's worth. First issue was the power adapter, then the battery. Sorted those and it worked fine but even though I was connected to wifi, safari did not load any pages. Investigating the connection issues I realized system preferences would not load. This suggest OS issues to me. The computer booted well every time until I tried to reinstall OSX. Then I got a power off by holding down power key.... message. I removed the bootable USB and the system restarted. I then proceeded to backup user data and do a clean install. iPhotos did not load to access the pictures so I restarted then I got a CPU 0 error message, kernel cpu mis-match.....
No corrosion or visible damage on the logic board
    820-2796 board.
    Really need some assistance, thanks.

Tried booting from external drive with good macOS installed, internal SSD disconnected?

Thanks for the suggestion piernov. I have not prepared an external drive with a Mac OS yet, I guess now is a good time to do it. Will try it and report back.
