Numark TT500 Turntable...weird power "freezing" issue

    Hello there,
I have a TT500 dj turntable that sometimes "freezes" upon powering on. This means that it lights up as normal, but does not react when pressing the play button (to turn the platter) or adjusting any settings through the push buttons or even move the slider/fader control; it just freezes in place with its default settings.

To get the turntable working normally again, I simply power off and on the turntable again and it usually boots up normally the second or third time around.

The manufacturer is unable to provide me with a service manual.

Any ideas how to tackle this one? Thanks in advance

Here's a picture from their website, to get an idea of what I'm working with.

Some of the large electrolytic capacitors look like they've leaked onto the PC board, or it's glue.
Brand is "Pamicon" ? I would replace all (5) of them, this is a Taiwan-build but those caps are dodgy.

                Had to chuckle, a TMS320LF2407A 40MHz DSP 144-pin... for a turntable.
