    Gainward Phoenix 1070 missing 5V

    Hi guys,

i replaced my Gainward 1070 some time ago with a amd rx 5700.
But now that my son start playing games with his own mashine i wonder if it is possible to get my 1070 back to life.
I started to read through threads and watched some eplanations regarding how to repair graphics cards.

I took the general shematics of nvidia 1070 and the available MSI GTX 1070 Boardview and started to measure the rails. But i am stuck at some point.
I have no 5V and nothing that requires 5V. I dont think 12V or 3.3V is short, because of resistence.
The Fuse lower right side front is blown, so the converter U2 doesnt get 12V on pin2. It also doesnt get 3.3V Enable on pin6, although i have 3.3V on L2 lower left side and it goes straight to R922 (on MSI Boardview) that is located directly on the backside at the converter (upper left side front).

If I try to trace the 12V back starting from U2 pin2 i have the Resistor 987 opposite side on the backside, wich is fine. After that i loose myself in the circuit upper middle backside.

I also checked all 0 Ohm Resistors. All seems to be ok.

Does anybody has an idea how to proceed or is it just a waste of time ?
