Hi!
can you please fix this bios. it asks password. tried Autopacher. - keeps restarting all the time cannot enter bios.

ok i got the password off. but the boot time is very long. is it possible to fix it?

No need to run the patch file again, now that your device has deleted the password, just clean the ME region on the original bios file.

Hello everybody, I have bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T460 - 20FMS5DY09 with Windows 10 64 bit, BIOS Version R06ET67W 1.41 / Embedded Controller Version R06HT31W 1.11 and ME Firmware Version in BIOS is stated 11.0.12.1001

The issues I have are that I can only install the current Bios Version 1.41 form the Lenovo site. All other will fail (via Windows or USB Stick) as the Notebook will go into a sort of sleep mode after flashing. After holding the power button I get an error message Secure flash authentification failed and 2 + 3 beep sounds, then only a reset wil help. Also the notebook will not correctly shut down and will not wake up from sleep mode.

After a lot of drivers tests, windows versions and sleeples nights, I have find this forum and got to understand that there is something wrong with the Intel ME Region in BIOS.

Could somebody please explain me step by step what I need to do to clear the ME Region and how to flash the cleaned file then into BIOS?
