Now the laptop turn on black screen for some minutes, then it shows me a screen asking for password. The laptop is not mine, customer's laptop, he says he haven't use it for a year and don't remember the password.

Can you give me the flashing instructions? I have a dead laptop. It boots up sometime and most of the time the screen is blank. So I want to try my luck with this new BIOS. Thank you.
