Hello is it not Suffix -E7A8

                      try first ....

                      8NHC3H2-E7A8 = LrG2J3aG6zcGrLP5

                      or

                      8NHC3H2-E7A8 = 6ynF7B[j4d16F11k

                      i think the 6ynF7B[j4d16F11k shout work ...

Use an external (US) Keyboard (QWERTY), use shift key for Uppercase Letters, hold left CTRL key and press ENTER key twice.

His Service Tag with Suffix was (8NHC3H2-6FF1), so he changed 6FF1 to BF97 and it's worked already.

Try flashing the BIOS with the firmware extracted from another system to identify the firmware error and not spend a lot of time on it.
