Fluke PM6303A RCL meter service manual needed

Hi guys,
can anybody help me with a service manual or even with the schematic of this RLC meter? It´s working but shows curious results when measuring small or big capacitors, inductors or resistances. Any hints or help is pretty much appreciated.
