Logic analyser glitches and ground bounce?

When I use a logic analyser for Timing measurements, I often get short glitches of a few nanoseconds in some cases even though the system under test functions correctly, but when I make State measurements (clocked by a specific signal with a rising or falling edge), the glitches are gone.
So I happened to run into an article about ground bounce, which most likely corresponds to the problem I am having.

Could the logic analyser be introducing ground bounce at the logic analyser, even though it may be a good design?
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

i dont know about bounce, but grounding on high speed stuff is tricky.

are both devices grounded via the mains supply or other secondary route?
is your probe-ground short and not wraped over some other signal source?

Both are grounded by the mains supply and the probe ground length is not excessive.

well hopefully the manis earth is only capacitivly coupled.

maybe you can wrap the signal-earth through a ferrite ring a few times?
