Backup both, using RC Unlocker with the file from the Winbond chip first.

i have an hp x360 1030 g2 which turns on but no display. customer admitted he tampered with the bios settings or something like that. the backup up main bios and the ec is below. will appreciate if this can be fixed. thanks
