Hi, possible because we have to try with many differents software for the CH341A and only the 1.29 version give this file from read button.
With the 1.30 version we get an error message "access violation at address 0097ea42"

Its 3V . Try AsProgrammer software it works ok with the CH341A. Choose SPI on the right side at the top, then from the dropdown menu at the top left,choose SPI then winbond 25Q128FV .Are you using a clip or have you desoldered the chip.

No ,just use AsProgrammer as-is .

On the Hardware tab at the top choose CH341A. Install the USB asp driver if it still has errors.

First erase the chip, than write the rom file to the chip, than verify written file, and then solder the chip back to the board.
