    Dell E196FPf fixed dump ok

    Hi,
Got 2 Dell E196FPf to fix. First one didn't have an image (you could see the LCD polarizing on and off though) and no backlight either.
Replaced C869 (high ESR), C1 and C9 (bulging) and it came on again, but in burn-in mode (cycling colors).
I flashed the firmware using the one extracted from the other display and it's working fine again.
The other display only has no backlight, I guess I need to replace C1 and C9 too, I will look at this one later.

Bad dump and good dump attached. Pick the right one!

Nice work piernov! But LOL, why post the BAD dump, other than to confuse people. I suppose it's a comprehension test?

Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?
          by Bowline
My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...

          by Alejandro Jr Diaz
I need to get a bin/rom file from a Dell bios to modify, I have run into a PFS extractor in this forum. When i run the path it just says "Working... Done!" but no file is created.
I need to open it in UEFITool and exe or rcv file is not supported.

          Model: Dell Optiplex 3090 SFF
          Service Tag: DQKR0N3
          Motherboard Model: Q470

Keyboard RGB issue - Dell g15 UEL 2 bios dump
          by slade1
After a bios downgrade, the keyboard's RGB stopped working, now in the device manager the STM32 Bootloader device appears, I discovered that it is the rgb microcontroller, I believe that (STM32 bootloader) is because it does not identify the bios file (UEL2)

Does anyone have the BIOS dump (UEL 2) of the Dell G15? It is responsible for the RGB keyboard.
