Surge Components SAMR series capacitor, https://html.alldatasheet.com/html-p...47/1/SAMR.html
Metallized film, wrap-and-fill, axial lead. The 85C temperature rating suggests polypropylene, though the short generic data sheet "feels" like polyester. Cornell Dubilier has film capacitors, https://www.cde.com/capacitors/film-...citors/axial-1 .PeteS in CA
