In which area do I find these acronyms? I would like to avoid making changes to the card purchased (paid a lot) so that I can return it in the worst case

Post a high-quality photo, close-up, where the connectors for connecting lvds cables are located.
I understand that you have the same behavior as on your own motherboard, on the new one you purchased.

            what happens once connected?
risk of damaging the new card?

Nothing will happen to your motherboard, this is so that the motherboard understands that you have two lvds cables connected, with a jumper it will now display an image on either side, with one cable disconnected. And you can determine which half is not working for you.

And all these manipulations must be done with the TV turned off from the outlet.
Why, put a jumper and disconnected one cable, checked, connected the first, disconnected the second and checked again.

                    okay
in this way I exclude that the right panel has problems?
if the panel is good, do I have to change the correct card?

Well, you check, then it will be clear, maybe the T-CON (25Q80) firmware is not working or the panel for it does not match.

                            it works, you see!
I let it test for an hour before putting the lid back on
Do you think I need to make some changes in the service menu?

If the panels (matrices) were the same, then nothing needs to be changed.

                                        Hello,
I suspect I have a problem with IC1604 dump integrity too.
Can anyone (lotas?) check and correct if needed my dump?
All info are in photos attached.
