Vizzion LE40E10 40" - Only Standby Light

Hi, as the title says, all i have is the red standby light, tv does not respond when pressing the power button, the red light does not flash/blink.

It's one of those AIO boards, if anyone can provide any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've disconnected both the backlight connector and the LVDS ribbon cable, same problem, no response.

I have a steady 165v across the main caps (68uf 450v)

Not sure as to how to correctly check voltages at this side of the yellow transformer where it says 310v, vcc and gnd
