hi,i have a pickle here. i did many bios dump of 5400 lats and used the methods here to unlock them but this one i have will not allow me to dump. it has a 25b256DYIG smd bios
and it halts every programmer i put it to. the ground seems to be the culprit or pin 4.
i use direct wire soldered to the solder blobs then wire to the programmer.
          its a LA-G891P rev1.0 board with the 23VPXY2-8FC8
is my bios chip fucked? it still turns on and allows me to get to setup.

so far i used the common ch341 and the blue one v1.7 with voltage select. both freeze the neoprogrammer and the ch341 the moment i connect to usb. used the clip side then the headers. i disconnect the ground wire it unfreezes but then i cant read the chip.

Did you desolder the chip from the board or are you reading it soldered? If so, you must remove it from the motherboard and read it out.

It can be done much easier if you buy a probe on ali or other marketplace. just google "wson8 test probe".

Hello. I have a BIOS file that is experiencing issues. My Dell computer is getting quite hot even though it has just started up Windows and opened one Chrome tab. Can you help me modify this BIOS file? Thank you. Dell 5400 LA-G891P REV 1.0

The BIOS is functioning, but there is no fan detected, indicating a fan error.

My computer gets hot after using it for a while like this. Can you help me? Thank you

I found a solution to clear password from BIOS bin file (using "Hex Editor Neo"):
                                    1- Select the range 00045000 to 00048fff
                                    2- Select "Edit" then "Fill"
3- Put "ΓΏ" in "Pattern" zone.
4- Choose "Fill selection" then clic on "Fill" button.
                                    5- Save the new file.
                                    Enjoy!!
NB : Always make copy of backup then work....

Here are your Unlocked files, I hope it works fine.
In the first boot go to BIOS Menu, put your Service Tag, disable absolute (if it's enabled), save and exit. After that you can press ALT+F to exit MPM.
