Re: HP EliteBook 830 G7 bios password

Hi there Im trying to unlock a HP Elitebook 830 G7 bios without any luck, I have downloaded the 16MB Bios from the chip on the rear of the MB, I have tried RCUnlocker and also manually clearing the hex from 00038000 to 00381B0. both attempts result in the capslock button flashing 7 times (Bad Bios). Reflashing the original BIOS brings the machine back to life. Board Model Number is CAMELLIA-6050A31 36201 -MB A01(A1), and i have attache the original and both of my unlocked attempts.

Thanks for your help in advance

No no my friend don't say that
we are here to help each other.you notice that you have clean from 38000 to 381B0 , that's why my file is cleaned at offset before..i think this is your second file.

try this now : clean from 37000--3AFFF

if not ,try to post the other bios chip
