HP820 G1 Not charging unless powered off

Hi guys.
have this weird laptop that only charges battery if powered off.
Also, if battery is not present, laptop doesn't power on (flash grey led at 1 Hz)...

Any ideas?

Check first and second mosfet for internal short and give the readings from the pins on your charging ic.
