At the first boot press F2, write the service tag at the corresponding field of the bios, save & restart. After that at the second boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode. And the fan will slow down.

Sorry, the chip was damaged and I couldn't extract the bin. but i got another laptop and was able to extract the bin. But I need if you can clean the region for me. thank you very much people always attentive

from the beginning, the laptop had a damaged usb connector, charging socket, clean disk, u6601 chip from the usb power supply burned out, after replacing the elements, the laptop started with the 8AC6D992 error and the service tag was not programmed, but it could not be edited, saved. currently booting without image

update: after replacing the spi xmc qh64ahig chip and uploading the original batch, I have an image on the matrix and an earlier problem with the lack of a service tag

The service tag is in the 16MB bios region.There are 2 bios chips on this board 8MB and 16MB. The extracted bios update from dell support has a 16MB bios region,flash that to the 16MB chip.You can add a new service tag afterwards.
To extract the update use PFS Extractor https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...95&postcount=6 .
