    SAMSUNG T-CON S120APM4C4LV0.4 faulty

    Hi all is this T-Con faulty ? i did same nesurement and there is i think 2 resistor on pics no:13 and 14 looks not ok all the other have
    a good value .please some help thank you

    What does the component descriptor start with, C or R or other? it looks like you have a capacitor there.

            I meant the writing on the board next to the component.

              I think those are capacitors, check them for very low ohms, meter in ohm mode.

                Tan/light brown color components are ceramic cap, MLC type. Check them with Ohm meter to see if they low resistance readings as suggested.

                  Hi Whith the T-con apart and blak to ground i have a vary flowting resolts:from 00.6 to 01.0 and then down to 00.4 with 200 ohm on the meter.compare to the other 2 cap ,MLC type in the botom of the same side they are more stabile from 180.2 directly down to 00.4
                  not floating.if i have to test some more things please let me know thank you

                    How about Ohm reading directly between the two legs of the caps?

                      with the meter on 200 ohm nothing att all .on my meter i have allways 1 from start and it is what i get

                        Showing '1' on the meter means the resistance is higher than 200 Ohms, so the caps are not bad at this point.
                        So what is the TV not doing with this T-CON board?

                          i have a pictures to explain .in an other treat someone recomended to reflow the processor on the mainborad but i want to be shure that the T-con is ok first if i you can help me i ll be very happy.there no possibility to add a pictures on quick reply?
                          the hall screen have vertical lines but there is sound and pictures
