This bios not working for me, but power button light blink constantly,
all power good,
cpu and vga hot.
Looks like motherboard is running,but without image on lcd or hdmi output...
May be EC firmware? it8586

Bios + DMI + EC ,extracted from lenovo update.

L340-17IRH Gaming Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81LL

DMI 632000 - 633FFF (0x0632000 - 0x0633FFF)

Copy your own DMI to the new bios easily using the attached "L340-17IRH CopyDMI" script.See the README.txt file for instructions.

So i think the nvidia gtx 1650 must be in bios dump,
official update bios for 1050 only ,true ?
How can check it?

The vBios for both is in the official bios,and also bios dumps of exactly the same spec.Is the laptop working now ?

The 81LL0064LT has the GTX 1650 ,the 81LL00BFLT has the GTX1050

I reprograming Your dump but still the same effect. Motherboard consumption about 1.2A power led blinking 15 second and motherboard power off.

Here is my batch, but I don't know if it is functional or someone has not modified it before.

Still the same effect. Maybe can You clen my ME Region. I try to clean but i have error "The ME/TXE region is corrupted or missing"

The bios I posted is almost complete unpacked from the Lenovo homepage with a clean Me region, I just added the DMI info from your old bios to it.
