Asus RTX 2070 Dual 8G - Need Capacitor - Where to find?

    TL;DR at bottom

**Picture called Overview points out the cap in question***

I have this RTX 2070 - It boots into bios but smells really burnt, so I opened it up I and saw the culprit:
An SMD component with "100 C85" written on it.

I want to find a replacement, and put it in to see if that fixes the card,
but I have no experience in finding electronic components,
and I dont even really know what a capacitor does in detail.

Can some one help me, I have no real knowledge of electronics,
but I have soldered components a few times.
Like a small chip on a Samsung TV and micro switches on a mouse.

    Results so far:

So far I have found out (been told) that they are 100uf tantalum capacitors but not what voltage they are.
Do they have to match 100%?

Could I use different voltage or brand? Like overspec it?

I tried my best to include all the relevant info I have, and I read the rules.
If I missed something let me know.

I have a link to the spec sheet, but I read that linking to outside is not allowed, but can't find where I read it.

I have included pictures with the light hitting from different angles to make the text clearer.

    TL;DR
Need a 100uf tantalum capacitor with the text 100 C85 printed on it.
    SH28 on bottom side.
Where can I get one, or find the name so I find it myself.

    The far left chips read:
    470 - 84LRK d
    470 - 84KQQ d

    The next line reads
    LR22

    the next:
NCP303151 Integrated Driver and MOSFET with Integrated Current Monitor

    And then the culprit:
    100 - C85 - backside reads SH28

You might not be able to link the website but you can certainly attach the file if it's a pdf file then your likely to get response for your question.
The question I would ask is how do you know it's faulty? The associated components ie mosfets might have shorted causing excessive heating of the component.

I think I found the right component.

A 16TQC100MYF from Panasonic. I am not sure what you are asking, do you mean how am I sure it is the only one that is faulty?

Well I am not, at all. But it is the only one I would be comfortable replacing, the NCP303151 would mean hot air, which I don't have.

I am just taking a chance that it might work.

I did some measuring with a multimeter, from various components to ground, I was told it was supposed to measure in the kilo ohm range, but it stabilized around 70 Ohm. Some people said that meant a faulty phase and some said inconclusive... I am waiting for the components to arrive, then I will try it out
