hi i read to much threads on forum for clear me region , or need bios clear me region .

Someone can give me an explanation for this thing.
and when a problem of ME , such as I can understand that it is problem of ME?
so how can i understand or troubleshoot this ME ?

You can easily download them, just google it a bit. The tools are important but more important is the knowhow , How to do it. First read a couple of articles and try to understand the concept. Fitc tool may not of help always=in some cases you will need to clean me region with hex editor. So understanding the whole concept is the real deal.

I hope ala-borbe can perhaps make a tutorial on this issue as his earlier topic on asus bios was pretty helpful.

post the bios backup in the "BIOS" section, along with, the name and model of the laptop and the motherboard and someone will help you ...

Theres no motherboard with that part number.Post the full laptop model number and the correct motherboard part number
