Re: Samsung UN65KU6300FXZA no picture
I look at the main board pictures, but it is not clear enough for me to read those small prints on the board when I zoom in.
At this point the problem looks to be in the T-CON section of the main board, may be it is not getting the T-CON switched 12V for the T-CON section to run, bad components.
Since we do not have the schematic for the main board, all you can do is visual inspection, get the spec sheet of the IC's so we can do Voltage testing on the IC's, resistance testing.
I do not know how much times and efforts you will want to put into this board to troubleshoot down to component level.Never stop learning

Re: Samsung UN65KU6300FXZA no picture
Not having any luck finding data sheets or schematics. The EEPROM Shopjimmy is selling is in location IC1104 and the ebay site says "The T-CON is built into this board". So i am guessing that this eeprom is part of the T-Con circuitry? Just wish i could test it to see if it is indeed bad.

That IC (with 3 inductors with 100 marking on top surrounding it) looks to be for T-CON LCD bias power supplies.
Can you read the P/N printed on top of the IC.
The main board you have has integrated T-CON circuits.Last edited by budm; 08-14-2020, 08:28 PM.Never stop learning

Re: Samsung UN65KU6300FXZA no picture
I wonder why SJ does not describe what bad symptom of the TV this EEPROM will fix.
I wonder if unplug TV from outlet, cool the EEPROM with freeze spray then power up the TV trick will work.Last edited by budm; 08-14-2020, 08:44 PM.Never stop learning

I use canned air duster (DustOff from COSTCO) upside down to get the coolant for cooling, any office supply should have similar products.Never stop learning

Re: Samsung UN65KU6300FXZA no picture
let us do more test on the main boards
1-put every things in place except the wifi socket keep it out ( to reduce load). don't forget the chassis screw of MB.
2- play HDMI signal on the set at the HDMI socket which remarked with ARC then turn on the set.. let see what will happen...
the purpose of this all... to let the set synced with other source in case the RF section had issue and it share same the 12V range with T-CON circuit
