re ball is probably the only option but may require hand re ball if no stencils availabe hence in situations like this if you have two boards i guess maybe worth a reflow on a bga station ( i would try it if i was my own set i was keeping) but i dont own a bga reflow machine

These are the voltage comparisons from the connected panel boards and the spare disconnected from panel board at the LVDS connector.

For info/ref.

These readings are the same when TV is working.

I seems the sm4190 like a dc-dc boost chip,because the pin 37 of sm4190 is a VONE,and when I take down the attached cap,the pin37 of the chip burnning an demaged
