Hi Guys,
I have an issue with this Samsung Plasma tv
PS59D8000PTA
Continuing on from previous thread as below

NO PICTURE NO SOUND
ok I have done the following
checked all the power supply board All present at the supply board to the Main Board
PROBLEM
VS=7v VE=20mv VA=10mv measured at the SMPS TP
SO here lies the problem
I have replaced the power supply board as I thought that was where the fault was
NO fix
So I disconnected the Ysus and Xmain plug at SMPS i then followed the service manual TEST
disconnected supply at main and shorted pin 1pON-GND and jumper pin headers
Ok so VS 217v for a split second then falls to 0V
VE is present then falls 0V
VA is present then Falls 0V
I have 15v at the SMPS YSUS PLUG pin 5 but that's it NO VS NO VA Supply
So power supply is ok
so I checked for shorts on XMAIN board and found shorts on BGT transistors
So I replaced the board
Still no go so I checked for shorts on YSUS board and found shorts
Replaced the YSUS board
Still not fixed
Checked the Ysus Buffer Boards for shorts with floating GND method
NO Shorts
So now I am questioning Logic Board
I have a red standby light then when I switch on a Green blinking light and when I check P-ON VS-ON it responds when I turn the remote on but immediately shuts off VS-ON
I can hear the power supply board clicking on relays 2 clicks like on then back off
So I guess there is still a short pulling the VS-ON down
Could it be the Lower Buffer Boards or am I missing something obvious
