Panasonic Viera tv P46st30 no standby light

Hi guys,
I have this Panasonic plasma tv which exhibit a no standby led. I read through a few posts and even bought a new A board from eBay and the set still has no standby light. I am measuring standby voltage of 4.99vdc at P6 pin 6 on the P board. Any help will be appreciated.

Press the power button for 5 seconds, release, and then press it again to see if there is any blink codes present.

Thanks for replying. I pressed the POWER button for 5 seconds and released and press's it again and there is no blink codes.

the mainboards its working and you have the Optical Audio OUT LED indicator lid ON ..!!! so you should have the 15V on power boards..

This is the measurements on all pins on P6
Pin 15 (15Vs) = .922vdc
Pin 14 (GND)
Pin 13 (15Vs) = .922vdc
Pin 12 (GND)
Pin 11 (F15V) = 15.73vdc
Pin 10 (F15V) = 15.73vdc
Pin 9 (GND)
Pin 8 (GND)
Pin 7 (F_STANDBY_ON) = 4.98vdc
Pin 6 (STBY 5V) = 4.98Vdc
Pin 5 (STBY 5V_ON) = 25.8mv
Pin 4 (SOS4_PS) = 0.1mv
Pin 3 (S0) = 09.2mv
Pin 2 (S1) = 09.3mv
Pin 1 ( Panel_Main_ON) = 3.8mv

Check s20on the sc board for a short across the 2pins.

Sorry, I meant SN2. Check across the unplugged connector pins. A beep longer than 3 seconds means you have a short.

I can't seem to locate the SN2. Is it on the scan board?

The power supply in this schematic could be similar to your. Page 49

I really do not know. It's just looking at the schematic it shows that Pin 15 & PIn 13 of P6 are not at 15V. It could be that it is not being switched on.

Q500 is switched on and the 15V at the input is routed to Pin 10 & Pin 11 of P6.

The input to Q500 (at 15V) also goes to the input of Q502.

I would check the voltages on the pins of Q502

Edit
I wonder if Panel_Main_On should be at 5V to switch on Q502 (page36) This signal is sent by the mainboard to the power supply.(Page 33)

For some reason I cannot locate Q502 nor Q500 on the power supply board or just my eyes are no longer good.
I have attached the back side of my power supply board.

The sn board is tbe one with all tbe brown ribbon connections. Here is the sn2.

What voltage do you have for Vda (Connector P35) and Vsus (Connector P11 Pin1)

With the set off can you measure the resistance of P6 Pin15 to ground and also pin 13 to ground.

i am not good at plasma .. but his set working .. if he feed signal will hear sound .. standby light.. he mean indicator ? press the power on RC to turn off and you will have red LED indicator.. LOL... or my bad English a reason i didn't understood his question !!

tvtimmy, the measurements on SC20 on my board reads short(00.0ohm)

@ dick_barton, when the set is off, pin 15 to ground measures 5.05kohms. pin 13 to ground also measures 5.05kohm

When AC is plug in, P11 pin 1 measures 0.922vdc
P35 pin 1 vdata 0.9mvdc

@ Diah, what exactly do you want me to try.
