    got a sot23 marked "5JRA".
    i think it's a regulator - anybody know it?

      no, the device is temporarily re-assembled.

      it's just a 3pin sot-23 package with power going in, ground and power coming out.
      i just dont know the voltage or the current limit.

                just the code in bold - no room for any logo on a sot23

                i may be able to get another later and just meter it - it's in a high-end flashlight between the battery and mcu.

                  All the google images for that microne part have the logo ,so maybe it isn`t that after all.

                        Here are some without the logo
                        Looks like some of the markings are:
                        1.5V = 65E9
                        1.8V = 65K5
                        3.0V = 65Z5
                        3.3V = 662K
                        This datasheet for the XC6202 series has a voltage chart that might help
